Stallion eligibility is dependent upon nominator’s compliance with conditions, rules and regulations of each program. Breeders’ Cup Ltd. cannot assume responsibility for nominator’s compliance with these regulations. Breeders’ Cup Ltd. reserves the right to revoke the eligibility of any stallion nominated to the Breeders’ Cup in the event there is a failure to complete payment of the total nomination fee for such stallion, or to comply with the aforementioned regulations.

If a stallion is not nominated to either the Breeders' Cup North American Stallion Program or the International Stallion Program for a specific breeding season, then the foals that result from that breeding season may not be nominated or considered eligible as weanlings but can be nominated when they turn two years old.
