Participant Concierge Services

The Participant Concierge team is available to assist with all aspects of your Breeders' Cup experience, including securing race day tickets, seating, parking, and credentials; registering participants for official events; and arranging complimentary transportation to and from official Breeders' Cup events and the Breeders' Cup World Championships.

Championship Participant Ticketing

Championship owners are eligible to receive up to six complimentary dining or box seats, as well as one complimentary preferred parking pass, on the day their horse competes. Additional dining or box seating, including seating for the day on which their horse is not competing, may also be available for purchase, subject to availability.

Participating trainers, jockeys, and breeders will likewise receive complimentary box seats on the day their horse competes, along with a complimentary parking pass. Trainers are eligible to receive two complimentary seats per participating horse, up to a maximum of three horses per day. Breeders and jockeys are eligible to receive two complimentary box seats per day, regardless of the number of horses they have engaged.

Championship Participant Hotels

Breeders' Cup Limited reserves a limited number of rooms at official host hotels for participating connections. Participating owners who book their accommodations directly with the Breeders' Cup will receive one $1,500 (USD) hotel credit towards their stay.

Undercard Participant Ticketing

Undercard participants, including owners, trainers, and jockeys, are eligible to receive up to two complimentary Grandstand Reserved seats and one complimentary preferred parking pass on the day their horse competes. Additional seats may be purchased, subject to availability.

Undercard participants are also invited to Breakfast at the Breeders' Cup on Wednesday, October 28. Undercard owners will receive four passes, while trainers and jockeys will receive two passes each.

Participants with both Championship and Undercard horses competing on the same day will receive only the Championship participant ticket allocation. Paddock Passes are excluded from this restriction and will be issued for each applicable race.

Digital Welcome Packets

Championship Participants:

Following the pre-entry stage, the Participant Concierge team will email a digital Welcome Packet on Tuesday, October 20, to all Championship participants with a pre-entry. The digital packet will contain important information about participating in the Breeders' Cup World Championships.

Among other key details, this will include a seating request section, which we kindly ask you to complete promptly to ensure we can accommodate your seating preferences to the best of our ability.

Where possible, we kindly ask all participants to submit their completed Welcome Packets by Friday, October 23.

Undercard Participants:

Following entries on Monday, October 26, the Participant Concierge team will distribute a digital Undercard-specific Welcome Packet. Among other important information, the packet will include a seating request form, which we kindly ask participants to complete promptly.

Due to the short turnaround time, all Undercard participants are asked to complete and submit their completed Welcome Packets by Tuesday, October 27.

Digital Ticketing with SeatGeek

All tickets for the Breeders' Cup World Championships, including all lead up events, will be delivered digitally through official partner SeatGeek.

Domestic participants may download the SeatGeek app and create an account in just a few simple steps. International participants may create a SeatGeek account online and, once registered, access their tickets through the official Breeders' Cup app.

Create your SeatGeek account by visiting https://seatgeek.com/#register and following the quick registration process. Whenever possible, please register using the same email address provided to the Participant Concierge team.

Participants can easily transfer tickets to their guests through the SeatGeek app. Detailed instructions for accessing and transferring tickets will be included in the digital Welcome Packet distributed following the pre-entry stage.

Participant ticketing for the Breeders' Cup World Championships will be live in SeatGeek accounts from Wednesday, October 28. Official event ticketing will vary, details of which will be outlined in the digital Welcome Packets.

Participant Pack Collection

All participants will be able to collect their Participant Packs, including items such as Paddock Passes and parking passes on Wednesday, October 28 and Thursday, October 29.

Participant packs will be available for collection from either the Entertainment Center at Keeneland or an official Breeders' Cup hotel. Participants will be asked to indicate their preferred collection location within the digital Welcome Packet.

For participants who choose to collect their packs from the Entertainment Center, a member of the Participant Concierge team will contact you directly to arrange an appointment on either Wednesday, October 28, or Thursday, October 29. Dedicated collection time slots are offered to ensure an efficient experience while allowing our team to assist with any questions you may have.

Those who choose to collect their participant packs from an official Breeders' Cup hotel may visit the dedicated Participant Concierge team located at the property.
